Harold “Hackie” Reitman M.D., founder and CEO, has had a distinguished and eclectic career, in medicine as an orthopedic surgeon and lecturer; in boxing as a professional heavyweight contender; in business as a real estate developer; and most recently in film and TV production as a prolific screenwriter, producer, and director.
His life experiences and passions have culminated in ProChild Elder Entertainment LLC, an independent feature film and television production company, whose mission is to entertain, educate, inspire, and positively effect social change.
He is inspired every day by his daughter Rebecca’s ability to overcome life’s challenges and live it to the fullest potential, which was the basis for the company’s full length feature film drama, “The Square Root of 2”.
Throughout his career, he has been renowned for his philanthropic efforts, especially in regard to the Boys and Girls Clubs, and other social causes and children’s charities. Using these diverse synergies, ProChild Elder Entertainment is merging entertainment, inspiration, and social change into a production company of the future.

Jeff Garcia is a native of Los Angeles, California and graduated from Arizona State University. As a professional editor, Jeff’s many credits include “Dancing With The Stars,” ABC TV, “Manswers,” on SPIKE TV, “College Hill 5” on BET, and the 2006 awarding-winning documentary “Word Play.”
